Classes Turbo Kick - A revolutionary group exercise program that has changed the direction of kickboxing today. Come have fun while burning maximum calories to fun moves and music. Zumba - 45 minutes of Latin American dancing that is sure to tone every inch of your body, especially targeting your core. Spin - 45 minutes of interval training. Come see how fun biking can be. This class is guaranteed to burn 550 calories in 45 minutes. Body blast Spin - 30 minutes of spin followed by 20 minutes of weight resistance to sculpt your entire body. Group Power - A total body workout that targets each body part in 50 minutes. Yoga -1 hour of improving strength, flexibility and balance that will leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed. Great for anyone from beginning exercisers to seasoned athletes who want to give their bodies some TLC. Intro to Group - This class is designed to introduce our members to the group classes we offer in order to allow the members to ease into a new routine while still getting a great workout! Intro to Group includes 45 minutes of warm ups, stretching, a variation of cardio (spinning, turbo kick, kickboxing), light resistance training with free weights, core stability (abs, back, glutes), and exercise ball workouts.
