What to expect during your session

Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a heath questionnaire. This will help the massage therapist identify any contraindications and determine what techniques will best serve your needs.

During your session, you will be draped with a sheet. Only the area of your body being massaged will be exposed. Don't be afraid to ask questions during your massage. Be sure to let your therapist know of any discomfort or if you would like the pressure to be lighter or stronger.
